- Description
After completing an Honours degree in Hazard and Disaster Management (Earth Sciences) at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, David jumped the ditch to live the Kiwi brain-drain dream. Currently in his early stages of developing a research project, David hopes to relate glacier termini position changes to specific meteorological events and climate change using remotely sensed data on mid-latitude glaciers. Since there are no glaciers in Queensland, his field-sites are likely to be on the amazingly beautiful South Island west coast, New Zealand."
