Membership of these groups significantly expands your university experience and provides the networking necessary to get a sound start in your profession.
GEMS is involved in a wide variety of leisurely pursuits such as BBQs, Pancake days, trivia nights and various daringly heroic escapades to locations such as Moreton Island, Noosa National Park & Mt Warning. The club also provides academic opportunities such as research seminars, industry nights and chances to interact with postgrads and staff in social settings.
OOPS targets its events to all undergraduate and postgraduate town planning students, however, a number of our events are also beneficial for environmental management and real estate development students. Our main focus is to provide social and professional events that are highly relevant and enjoyable for their members.
